Defective Items
We’re confident that we are selling you something good. Please inspect the item upon delivery as receipt of product represents acceptance that the order was fulfilled to your satisfaction.

In the event that a fault occurs, we are very sorry for putting you out. Please let the delivery person know and also contact us right away by providing us with photos and details of the fault. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Damaged Items
Our packaging is designed to be secure but should rough handling occur during transit, damages can occur. Please inspect the item upon delivery as receipt of product represents acceptance that the order was fulfilled to your satisfaction.

Should this happen, let us know right away by providing us with photos and details of any breakages and/or signs that the parcel has been tampered with. Please retain the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Missing / Wrong items

If we should have not got your order right, please accept our apologies. Inform the delivery person and let us know immediately by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form (providing us with as much information as you have and attaching relevant photos) and we will investigate the issue further.


Substitution Policy for Perishable Products

We make substitutions so that:
(1) it gets there on time
Our team will make replacements with elements of equal or greater value so that your order arrives on time and as scheduled.

(2) it’s the freshest and the best
We use only the best to make up your order and we will use alternatives due to seasonal availability with every effort made to maintain the design of the product.

In single variety floral arrangements, variety will take preference over colour – we will replace the colour of the flower but not the type of flower itself.

In cakes and confectionary, we will substitute the toppings and decoration but not the flavor of the product itself.



Warranty Against Defective Non-Perishable Products

Who is covered?
The warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and is not extended to any other person or transferee.

What is covered and for how long?
We warrant that this product, when received new, in its original packaging and used under normal conditions, is free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product to us.

What is not covered?
This Warranty does not apply:
(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports;
(c) to damage caused by use with another product;
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, excess moisture, lightning, power surge or other external cause;
(e) to damage caused by operating the product outside the published guidelines;
(f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Republic;
(g) to a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Republic,
(h) damage caused by packing or shipping procedure,
(i) errors and interruption,
(j) to damage caused by use not adhering to advice or disclaimers, or
(k) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.


What will we do?
We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace (using new or refurbished parts) any defective parts free of charge. We will also bear the cost of returning the item back to you after the completion of this service.

What will we not do?
We do not provide refunds. We will not pay shipping, insurance or any transportation charges from you to us. Any import fees, duties and/or taxes will also be at your cost.

How do you get service?
The product must be sent with a dated and itemized proof of purchase. Let us knowabout the product you are returning by using the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website.Allow us 14 days to process the return.

Other conditions
The provisions of this limited warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose.

In no event shall we be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever including but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, cost of any replacement goods or substitute equipment, loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired, claims of any third parties, or any other damages arising from our breach of this limited warranty or use of the product, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal or equitable theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product.

In no event shall we be liable for loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data, or for special incidental, consequential, or indirect damages caused including without limitation the replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any programme or data used with our product.
